The capture efficiency can generally reach more than 99% for dust particles larger than 0.2 microns, and the capture efficiency is almost 100% for particles with a diameter of 1 micron. The outlet dust concentration can reach or exceed the national standard, generally reaching 30mg/m3. The small pressure loss is related to the operating conditions and machine types, generally between 500-2000Pa, so bag dust collectors are widely used in industrial dust removal systems.
