The W4-72-11 high temperature fan is suitable for conveying non-corrosive high temperature gas with a maximum temperature not exceeding 550° C. The dust and hard particles contained in the gas are not more than 150mg/m³.

FORM

The fan has a single-side air intake and a cantilever structure. The fan has a C-type transmission.
The fan can be made into two types: right-hand rotation and left-hand rotation. When viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-hand rotation fan; the impeller rotates counterclockwise, which is a left-hand rotation fan.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

① Impeller – It consists of 10 backward-inclined wing-shaped blades, a curved front disc and a flat rear disc, and is made of heat-resistant stainless steel.
② Air inlet – It is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross section parallel to the axial direction is in a curved shape, so that the gas can enter the impeller smoothly with little loss.
③ Transmission group – The transmission group consists of a main shaft, a pulley and a water-cooled bearing box.
