USES
Used to convey non-corrosive, non-spontaneous, high-temperature gases with a maximum temperature not exceeding 70CTC. The dust and hard particles contained in the medium are not more than 150mg/m³.
FORM
1. This series of fans are single-suction type.
2. The fan can be made into two types: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-handed fan, represented by “right”; the impeller rotates counterclockwise, which is called a left-handed fan, represented by “left”.
3. The outlet position is represented by the casing outlet angle, “left”, and “right” can be made into 6 angles of 0°, 45°,
90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°.
STRUCTURAL FEATURES
① Impeller – There are 12 forward-bent blades. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes dynamic and static balance and overspeed tests to ensure smooth, safe and reliable operation.
② Casing — Made of high-quality galvanized sheet in a volute shape.
③ Air inlet — A streamlined overall structure, bolted to the front cover assembly.
④ Transmission group — Consists of the main shaft, water-cooled bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel, and the bearing box is an integral water-cooled structure.
