USES
The 4-68 centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation in general factories and large buildings. It can be used to input or output gas. The gas to be transported should be air not exceeding 80℃ and other non-self-igniting, harmless to human body and non-corrosive to steel materials. The gas must not contain sticky substances, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 150mg/m³.
TYPE
1. This fan is usually made into a single suction type, with twelve machine numbers: № 2.8, 3.15, 3.55, 4, 4.5, 5,
6.3, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20.
2. The fan can be made into two types: right-handed or left-handed. When viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-handed fan, represented by “right”, and vice versa, which is called a left-handed fan, represented by “left”.
3. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. Both “left” and “right” can be made into six angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°.
4. The fan has four transmission modes: A, B, C, and D. No. 2.8~5 adopts type A, which is directly driven by the motor. The impeller and casing of the fan are directly fixed on the motor shaft and flange (the motor uses D2/T2 type); No. 6.3~12.5 adopts a cantilever support device, which is divided into two transmission modes: type C (belt drive, the pulley is on the outside of the bearing) and type D (coupling drive); No. 16 and 20 are type B cantilever support devices, belt drive, and the pulley is in the middle of the bearing.
STRUCTURAL FEATURES
1. The 4-68 type fan No. 2.8A~5A is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and other parts directly connected to the motor.
2. No. 6.3~20 In addition to the above parts, there is also a transmission part:
① Impeller – It is composed of 12 backward-inclined wing-shaped blades welded between the arc-cone wheel cover and the flat wheel disc. They are all made of steel plates and have been subjected to static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed operation experiments. The air performance is good, the efficiency is high, and the operation is stable.
② Casing – The casing is a volute body welded from ordinary steel plates. The casing is made into two different types. The No. 2.8~5 casing is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. The No. 16B and 20B casings are made into three-opening type. In addition to being divided into two halves along the center horizontal plane, the upper half is further divided into two halves along the vertical center line and connected with bolts so that the rotor can be lifted vertically during maintenance.
③ Air inlet – made into a convergent streamlined integral structure, fixed to the fan inlet side with bolts.
④ Transmission group – composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, pulley or coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The four machine numbers № 6.3~12.5 have an integral structure of the bearing box and are equipped with a thermometer and oil mark. The two machine numbers № 16B and 20B use two parallel bearing seats, with a thermometer installed on the bearing seat, and bearing grease lubrication.
EXTENT OF SUPPLY
1. Transmission mode is type A: one fan, one matching motor, and one pair of anchor bolts (4 sets).
2. Transmission mode is type C and type B: one fan, one matching motor, one pair of motor slide rails (2 sets), and one pair of anchor bolts (4 sets for № 6.3 and 8 sets for № 8 and above). One motor belt, one set of V-belts.
3. The transmission mode is D type: one fan, one matching motor, one set of anchor bolts (No. 6.3 is 4 sets, No. 8 and above is 8 sets). One set of couplings.
4. Implemented according to the transaction agreement between the two parties.
Ordering instructions: When ordering, the fan number, speed, air volume, air pressure, outlet angle and rotation direction, as well as the motor model, power, number of revolutions, etc. must be specified.
