USES
The 5-90 centrifugal fan is characterized by high efficiency, moderate pressure, large flow rate and low noise. It is generally used in factories or large buildings where large air volume is required. It can both input and output gas. The gas it transports is air or other non-self-igniting, non-explosive, non-entangled, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive to steel materials. The gas must not contain sticky substances, and the dust and hard particles contained must not exceed 150mg/m³. The gas temperature must not exceed 80℃.
STRUCTURAL FEATURES
① Impeller – composed of 12 backward-inclined arc thin plate blades, curved front disc and flat rear disc
② Transmission group – the main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing box is an integral structure.
③ Air inlet – made into an integral structure, fixed to one side of the fan with bolts, and the cross-section parallel to the axial direction is curved.
