USES

FB4-72 centrifugal fan housing, impeller and air inlet are all made of glass fiber reinforced plastics, so it is suitable for the discharge of highly corrosive industrial gases in the petroleum, chemical, non-ferrous smelting, electroplating, sewage treatment, brewing and electronic industries.

FORM

FB4-72 glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fan (No.) indicates the outer diameter of the impeller. (For example, No. 5, that is, the outer diameter of the impeller D2 = 500 mm.) The product is divided into right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise for right-handed rotation and counterclockwise for left-handed rotation.

FB4-72 glass centrifugal fans are divided into A-type, C-type and D-type (A-type is directly connected to the motor; C-type is connected with a pulley, and D-type is connected with a coupling), equipped with domestic Y series motors.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

The fan housing and motor (or transmission group) of No.2.8~8A (C, D) are directly connected to the frame, and the fan of 6C~12C, D and 16, 20B has the above structure and a transmission part.
1) The impeller is composed of 10 backward curved wing-shaped blades, arc-shaped front disc and partition disc, all made of fiberglass.
3) The air inlet is also integrally formed with fiberglass, and the cross section parallel to the axial direction is a curved shape, which can make the air flow enter the impeller smoothly with less resistance loss.
4) The fan housing and motor (or transmission group) of No.2.8~8A (C, D) are fixed to the frame with bolts, and have good integrity. The transmission group of the metal 4-72 fan of the same machine number is used in the No.10~12C, D and 16,
20B style.
