W4-68 HNo. 6. 3D high temperature fan is suitable for conveying non-corrosive high temperature gas with a maximum temperature not exceeding 400°C. If the gas contains a large amount of dust, a dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% should be installed in front of the fan inlet to increase the service life of the fan.

FORM

1. This fan is single-suction air intake, the machine number is No. 6.3, and an adjustment door is provided at the fan inlet.
2. The rotation type of this fan is clockwise rotation, and the fan outlet position is “clockwise 0°”.
3. This fan is D-type transmission, that is, the motor is directly driven by the fan shaft through a coupling.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

① Impeller – Made of heat-resistant stainless steel welding, the impeller is subjected to static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed test after forming.
② Casing – welded from steel plates into a volute body and fixed on the bracket.
③ Transmission group – consists of the main shaft, water-cooled bearing box and other components.
④ The integral bracket is adopted, which has strong vibration absorption and stable operation.
