USES

W5-48 series high temperature fans are suitable for non-corrosive, non-spontaneous combustion, high temperature gases with a maximum temperature not exceeding 700℃, and the dust content of the gas should be less than 150mg/m³.

FORM

1. This series of fans consists of 7 machine numbers: 5.5, 6, 6.3, 9, 10, 11.5, and 12.5. The fan can be made into two types: left-handed and right-handed. When viewed from the motor end, the impeller rotates clockwise for the right-handed fan, represented by “right”; the counterclockwise rotation is the left-handed fan, represented by “left”.
2. The outlet position is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. Both “left” and “right” can be made into five angles:
0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, and 180°.
3. This series of fans adopts D-type or C-type transmission.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

① Impeller – welded by 12 blades, conical front disc and flat rear disc, made of heat-resistant stainless steel.
② Casing – made of high-quality galvanized sheet into a volute.
③ Air inlet – adopts convergent arc air inlet to minimize internal loss.
④ Adjustment door – adopts external transmission structure, can be adjusted manually, and can also be adjusted by angular displacement electric actuator according to user needs.
